Ronaldo Gillespie
Founding Partner, Operations Lead
Ronaldo is a serial entrepreneur and Ohio native who splits his time across both sides of the Ohio River. He brings a technical background and breadth of Operational experience to the Kola team, having spent time in several areas, including manufacturing, supply chain, and project development. Ronaldo has made it a focus to incorporate sustainability as the lens through which he navigates his business activities.
Kevin Graef
Founding Partner, Farm Lead
Kevin, originally from Michigan, came to Cincinnati in 2014. It is here that he and Ronaldo met and dreamt of having a business together. He has spent years farming both food and cannabis. As a lover of the outdoors, he is truly living his dream of working with these plants day in and out. He is most excited about sharing and educating the masses about this incredible plant.
Sam Graef
Founding Partner, Sales Lead
Sam grew up in Michigan and was transferred to Cincinnati for work in 2014. During her four year residency, she fell in love with the city and Cincinnati became part of her identity. Now a Colorado resident, Sam decided to leave a 10 year career in finance and portfolio management to pursue Kola Brands and the opportunity to chase her passion for life and hemp.
Matt Gillespie
Founding Partner, Design & Marketing Lead
An industrial designer by training, Matt helped to found the green energy firm GoSun, before jumping whole heartedly into cannabis literacy and advocacy. Matt meets the world with an open mind, bringing with him a passion for transformative experiences and pushing the status quo. Matt is an Ohio Native who now splits his time between Oakland, CA and Cincinnati, OH.
